NOTICE OF 26th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the 26th (Twenty Sixth) Annual General Meeting of the India of Association of Certified Fraud Examiners will he held on Wednesday 14th October, 2026. In Hybrid mode ( that is to say both physical and virtual) at India Habitat Centre Lodi Colony New Delhi and Qutub Golf Club Lado Sarai New Delhi as alternate venue in case it is required to be changed for some exigent reasons. All the members are requested to make it convenient to attend
The respected members are requested to confirm their participation by Friday 9th October 2026. the mode of participation, Whether Physical or Virtual, may also be specified to enable us to make appropriate arrangements.
AGENDA
The agenda for the meeting will be as follows:
- To receive, consider, approve and adopt the audited Statement of Accounts of the India Chapter Association of Certified Fraud Examiners for the Financial Year ending 31st March 2026 and Annual Report of Board of Directors.
- Appointment/Reappointment of the Auditors.
- To Elect New Board of Directors for the Year 2026-27
- Any other matter with the permission of Chair.
